My favourite sangria recipe

You will love this easy and quick sangria recipe. With this recipe, you make around 2 liters for sangria, which can serve 8 people minimum. It´s refreshing and packed with flavours!

  • A pitcher
  • A juicer
  • A small saucepan
  • A chopping board
  • A knife


  • 750 ml young red wine
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 330 ml soda
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water


  • Juice the oranges until you get 500 ml of juice.
    Juice the lemon as well.
  • In a small saucepan, a low heat, put the sugar and water and stir slowly until the sugar melts, creating a syrup. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  • While the syrup is cooling down, prepare the fruits.
    Peel the apple, cut it in half, and take the core out. Slice and chop each halve into 1m pieces.
    Peel the orange and remove any pith. Cut each segment into 1cm pieces.
  • Pour the wine into a pitcher. Add the syrup, the orange and lemon juices, the soda, and the fruit. Stir well.
    Drop the cinnamon stick and some ice and keep in the fridge for around 2 hours or until serving.
