Top Spanish chefs will visit London in a series of workshops organised by Restaurant Hispania London.
The first chef to visit the kitchen of this novel restaurant will be Joan Roca.
Roca, chef and co-owner with his two brothers of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, the best restaurant in the world according to the list “50 Best Restaurants in the World”, will cook a menu that will tour over his career, with some of his most recognized dishes from 1999 to 2010.
The series of visits will continue throughout 2014 with the presence of other prominent chefs like Quique Dacosta, Paco Roncero and Dani García.
Hispania has designed with the Instituto Cervantes in London a series of conferences in which will participate chefs, winemakers and gourmet food producers.
