The menu will include spring products like white asparagus and leeks. Also, cod, which is a very popular dish in Spain all along the year but in particular in spring.

I want to reduce the leftovers, as organizing a one-off event always has that risk, and, to be honest, I hate having to throw food. But don´t worry, I will always have some extra portions if you want to order more or change your mind.
