Piparras are a delicate green pepper very popular in The Basque Country.
I bought these “piparras” in San Sebastian. They are special chillies which grow in The Basque Country. Tasty, no very spicy, with a delicate flesh, it is the perfect snack before a meal. Just fried them in extra virgin olive oil and add sea salt on top. With a glass of white wine, simply delicious!
