Any occasion is good for a tapas evening
It is what Byard Art Gallery’s team thought last week. They celebrated their manager working for Byard Art Gallery for 10 years and decided to surprise her with a “chef at home” dinner.
¡Qué rico! Tapas customised a menu for this occasion based in traditional and modern Spanish tapas and dishes. They started with cold tapas. The first one was black olives pate, made of Empeltre olives (originaly from Aragón), with chopped cherry tomatoes and dill.
