Food and wine tasting at Hawks’ Club

Food&Wine Tasting at Hawks' Club
Food&Wine Tasting at Hawks' Club

A food and wine tasting organised by ¡Qué Rico! Tapas and Regions’ Finest last week at Hawks’ Club in Cambridge.

Wine-pairing is always a challenge. But the challenge may turn into a good, fun, creative and tasty experience. ¡Qué Rico! Tapas and Regions’ Finest joined their products for a food and wine tasting at Hawks’ Club. We worked together, matching a wine and a tapa, trying to enhance the quality and the characteristics of both.

Guests enjoyed the wine and the tapas. They learnt the differences between wines and how they taste different before and after the food. They also found out authentic Spanish food, news flavours which were emphasised thanks to the selected wines.

It was such a fun night!

P.S.: In the picture, Brian Hayes, from Regions’ Finest. I was in the kitchen. 🙂
